Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a new email box account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mails from one mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your mailbox accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email boxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other email accounts. Simply choose the e-mail box account you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the mail client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
