Right-click context menus allow rapid access to various file manipulation options, while user-friendly drag & drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your desktop PC in no time. Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your desktop PC. The integrated drag & drop functionality will enable you to effortlessly transfer files between your desktop computer and the web server. Just select the file that you would like to upload from your personal computer and then drag it to your browser window. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your desktop. In addition, you can download files and even folders to your personal computer by clicking the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager GUI, you can create a brand new file or folder with only one click of the mouse. All action buttons are handily positioned above the file/folder list and you can update your files without difficulty. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to another folder, explore the contents of a file or change its permissions, delete a file, etc.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager, you will be able to compress and unzip all types of files. It does work stunningly fast - just select the files you want to make a compressed archive of and push the Compress button. You can even select the archive file type (.rar, .zip, and so on). It is just as easy to extract files from an archive to a selected folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager graphical user interface, you really do not need any third-party software to edit your files. There is an image viewer, which allows you to see the contents of your image files to get an idea of how the images will actually appear on the World Wide Web. Plus, you will find an array of built-in file editors, which will grant you absolute authority over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are meant for more competent users, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all HTML source code changes in real time) is also suitable for technically inexperienced users.
